We believe that the current changes in climate and in ecosystems are the most urgent things to understand and affect. Everyone can play their part – whether through changing to more sustainable behaviours or lobbying for those in power to make changes. But often we don’t know why things should change, or feel helpless because we don’t think we can do anything. Arts activities are really effective ways of helping us to understand why and how to change and act and have the added benefit of making us feel better and improving wellbeing.
